The Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors relocated its corporate facilities from downtown Fredericksburg to the Celebrate Virginia South development.  Their need for additional office space for staff, plus the need for larger and more up to date teaching facilities drove the program for their new facility.  They settled in on a development plan that included a new 12,000 sf two-story office building and 100 parking spaces on site.  Welford Engineering provided a full array of civil engineering services for the project, including an existing conditions survey of the site, conceptual design, and then advanced the project to final design, construction plans, and permitting.  Welford Engineering also designed a regional storm water management pond constructed immediately adjacent to the Realtor’s site that provided storm water management control for the FAAR project.  Once permitted, Welford Engineering provided construction survey stakeout for the project.
