WC Spratt is a local construction company that has been in business in the Fredericksburg region since 1927.  They purchased a 5.8 acre lot in the Fredericksburg Industrial Park on which to construct both an office for their operations and a maintenance facility for their growing fleet of heavy equipment.  Their business plan called for a 6,000 square foot shop and a 5,000 square foot office building.  Welford Engineering provided the civil engineering and survey services required to bring this plan from concept to completion, including performing boundary and topographic surveys, providing the conceptual design for the site, preparing final design documents for the construction, designing the storm water management facility, and filing for City approvals and permits.
